Name & Clan: Pebblespot - Rootclan
Age: Nine Seasons (Two Years)
Gender: Male (Tom)
Allegiance: Rootclan
Rank: Warrior
Description: A stocky, sturdy cat, Pebblespot just looks as relaxed as he always feels. With his kind blue eyes, gentle face, and soothing meow, it’s hard to imagine him as a fierce warrior, a side he rarely shows. He has a short white coat spotted with gray.
Personality: (Quick reference: Simplistic, content, respectful, conservative, ambitionless, lives in the moment, fears change, cheerful, loyal)
Pebblespot is a simple, content warrior. Conservative and respectful, it’s nearly impossible to ruffle this cat. He takes everything in stride, and is one of the most ordinary and plain cats one could meet. He likes nothing more than to lie in the sun, but he’s a capable warrior when called upon, and a satisfactory hunter. He may not be the best the clan has at the more active elements of clan life, but there’s no one better at bringing a bit of sunshine into a dark day. The kits – and apprentices and warriors – all enjoy a good story from him. What he lacks in ambition, he makes up for in plain old cheerfulness.
Not one to rock the boat, Pebblespot is a follower through and through, rarely questioning of authority. The only time he feels uneasy is during times of great change – he often rails against the very thought, living completely in the moment, and to the motto of, “If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.” Despite being years away from becoming an elder, Pebblespot loves nostalgia and reminiscing from time to time, the only times he moves away from living in the moment. He fears change and honors tradition.
Despite his simplicity and simple calmness, Pebblespot is loyal, dependable, and consistent. Easy to trust, every cat knows he or she can rely on Pebblespot in any situation. He’s a constant in a hectic clan life, and the anchor to tradition. He forges long-lasting friendships easily, and while he lacks trust in innovation, he trusts his clan mates to do what’s right – only they can make him move through any change. The trust is easily reciprocated; it’s hard not to trust this kind, calm tom.
History: Pebblespot has a history about as exciting as his personality, though you'd never know it from the stories he can tell. He was a lazy kit and a subpar apprentice, but still good at bringing smiles. Nothing terribly exciting happened to him, and he was only present at a very few of the events that affected the whole clan.
Relatives: Pebblespot comes from the most unusual stock - his mother is Jumblescar, the perfectionist elder. He obviously avoided living up to his lineage, and isn't too bothered by it. Jumblescar likes to rag on him even more heavily than she does to most warriors. His father, Flamestep, died several seasons ago in another struggle with dogs.
Even his mentorship was at odds with his current personality - mentored by tradtionalist but tough Rootpelt, it's simply frightening how he's managed to remain so carefree after his upbringing.
