Age: Eight Seasons (Two years)

Description: A solid, longhaired red classic tabby. He has large, bold red stripes on a rich orange base. His eyes are a deep golden.
Personality: Firefly is a kindly, thoughtful, good-natured tom. He likes to watch fireflies in the evenings, which gave him his warrior name.
He quite dislikes getting wet and muddy (something difficult to avoid in his clan) and he spends each evening carefully grooming his thick fur. However when pressured into it he's actually a very strong swimmer, if necessary.
After the death of his brother and mother he withdrew from clan life, becoming depressed and automatic when it came to clan life. Only moons later has he finally start to come out of it and remember his place in the clan.
History: He and his brother Redtail were very close, having been born in the same litter and gone through kithood, apprentice training together. But when they were out on a patrol their witnessed their mother, who was hunting, attacked by a dog. They raced to save her, but arrived too late. Furious, Firefly turned on the dog, and Redtail backed him up. Firefly awoke to find he and Redtail had been rescued by the rest of their patrol. Redtail had been badly hurt and Firefly, who recovered quickly, doted upon his injured sibling, trying to encourage him to recover. Alas, Redtail's injuries were too severe and two moons later he died, leaving Firefly alone.
