Moonguard Lookout

A wide board leans against the pipe stack, forming a quick bridge to a small tower of scaffolding left behind from construction. The tangle of pipes, hardwood planks and small girders can be difficult to navigate until the easiest paths are learned, but the view from the topmost platform is unrivaled. Half the city can been seen from here, and on the opposite side the ocean can be glimpsed through the high-rose hotels along the shore.
