To the western side of the city behind Crowclan territory, lies the fenced-in land plot that was once intended to be the construction place of an apartment block. However funding was lost before much work was done, leaving half constructed brick and sheetrock walls shielding the inside. Seasons later after what little work that had been completed had started to crumble, a small meteorite rocketed through the open roof of the building and ploughed into the sandy ground, the extreme temperature fusing a slightly dished, roughly rounded area instantly into glass.
At halfmoon, the Medicine Cats and their apprentices come here to meet with Starclan. New leaders receive their nine lives here.
