Silverview

Beside the shopping center in the heart of the city lies a car park the four clans use as neutral territory to meet during every full moon. The third level of the complex is open to the sky and it is here the clans gather, under Silverpelt, after whom the gathering spot was named. There are several ways to reach the top level. The first and easiest is the spiral ramp used by the Twolegs themselves in their noisy vehicles. This has the disadvantage of being rather open, however. The fire escape up one side of the building is accessed from an alley and is a little more private, but hard to climb for elders. The three sets of stairs for pedestrians are often used, and are located at three of corners of the carpark, the ramp in the fourth. Finally there is also an open walkway leading from the roof of the shopping center, where the rooftop garden is located.
In the center grows a pine tree which the carpark was built around. A huge concrete planter encloses the bottom of the tree, which grows straight up through purposeful gaps in each level, extending up to the top level. In its branches, the clan leaders and deputies stand to address their clans. It is a living remnant of the forest lands that once stood before the Twoleg' city came to pass.
