#1: Returning from the Gathering.

The returning Tunnelclan cats spilled into the warehouse basement. Copperstar didn’t pause a second, though she must have been tired from the journey, as she headed for Rustrock and mounted the old machine. She stood tall, head held high with pride as she summoned her cats.

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here beneath the Rustrock for a Clan meeting."

Ratfang was right on his Leader’s heels and leapt onto a lower portion of Rustrock. Still a full body length below Copperstar but high enough to see over the heads of his clanmates. He settled back upon his haunches, a single ear turned to his Leader the other pointed at the gathering of cats.

Mousetail lagged at the back of the returning cats and tended to fidget at the back of the cats that gathered around Rustrock. He visibly shivered, though it wasn’t that cool of a morning, his hairless hide bubbling with goosebumps.

The Elder she-cat, Rumblehiss, stretched her aching bones and limped quietly towards the meeting. She settled a few fox lengths away from Rustrock and stared curiously up at her Leader.

Copperheart emerged from the Nursery, leaving her two still sleeping kits to rest, and sat near the entrance. Light brown eye rose to her mother and Leader, ears perked to hear the news that would come.

If there is a character of mine you’d like to interact with but I haven’t posted an entrance for please feel free to approach them ICly as if I had! I have too many characters (my fault entirely) to post an entrance for each at every Clan meeting but ICly they would have attended. At least this one since the only one not in camp would be my current Moonguard.
I‘m only posting the current most important characters such as Clan Leaders and such. (I‘ll be glad when I pass on these potions! Ug, too many Leaders!) In the future I may list OOCly which cats are attending and which are not in addition to a few IC entrances.

Angelflight trotted in with his head lowered slightly. He missed his sister Dawnbreak, one of the Moonguards, already. A whole moon until he would see her again. sighing, he lay down dispiritedly in a clear area with a view to Rustrock.

Dusktail, who had stayed behind in case of emergencies, trotted over to Mousetail. He brushed against his fellow medicine cat, worry in his golden eyes. "It went that well?"

Dawnhaze emerged from the warrior's den, the cream tabby's eye roving for her sister, Shimmerpelt. She rarely went to Gatherings herself, as her asthma couldn't be risked slowing the clan down on the journey. Though privately she thought the attacks hadn't been as frequent or as serious as they had been when she was younger.

Daybreak and Firefly trotted into together, having been out hunting. The two young toms got along quite well, though serious-faced Daybreak wasn't much of a talker. He nodded to his hunting companion now and headed for Rustrock to sit at the front. Firefly, who was taller, sat towards the back.

Russettail, who's newborn kits were sleeping safely in the nursery, padded just outside the entrance to listen, her large ears pricked nervously. Oh, good, Ratfang had come back safely, she though as she picked out the father of her kits.

Cheetahflash pushed her way out of the Warrior's Den, blinking as her Clanmates gathered around Rustrock. The spotted tortie she-cat yawned widely, before padding over to join her Clan, her gaze instantly finding her brother, Dusktail. The she-cat's ears flattened, shame written in her expression. She'd had another 'break-down' yesterday, after the cats h ad left for the Gathering, and had lashed out at her own brother - though her attack had missed.

Featherpaw sat alone, his cream tabby pelt smooth and well-groomed, indicating that he wasn't in one of his moods. He smiled at everyone, the very epitome of friendliness, but his pale blue eyes flashed with hurt for just the briefest, fleeting second everytime he looked at Copperstar, before returning to their normal brightness.

He sighed quietly to himself. Why hadn't he been invited to the Gathering? It just wasn't fair.

[Kitsune]

Shimmerpelt did not meet eyes with any of the others as they returned underground, gathering around Rustrock. She sat up straight and proud at the front of the crowd, tail curled neatly around her paws. She was curious as to how their leader would deliver the message - and how close her own way of delivering it would be. She still felt a tinge of pride from her leader's words in introducing the she-cat to a fellow leader - soon, all would know her name.

Copperstar felt weariness tug her paws, and for a moment, she felt she might tumble off Rustrock altogether. With her strength of will she endured, bracing her paws firmly. The journey had tired her - she wasn't as young as she once was. But she had to remain strong for the clan - they needed her now more than ever.

She just hoped she was up to the challenge.

"Like the seasons and the leaves, change will come to pass." She began, feeling the words of the prophecy weigh heavily on her shoulders as she spoke."Faith and courage prevail - stormy skies lie ahead. These words Starclan have chosen to share with not just Tunnelclan, but all four clans. There is great danger in the city for the clans. We must be prepared to face any hardship."

[Dawny]

Cheetahflash's gaze shifted unwillingly from her brother to Copperstar, watching her leader as she repeated StarClan's message to them. She listened silently, her thoughts drifting from the actual topic. Her attacks... Her break-downs... Weren't getting any better...
