Sunleaf was glad of a milder leafbare day so she could take the opportunity to get a little sunlight. Around her frisked her kits, two moons now and bursting with energy.
Her creamy-furred son, softer and more silvery than her warm tabby pelt, climbed up her side and perched on her back, looking around curiously. He craned his head way up to look at the old oak. "I wish I could climb all the way up there." Cloudykit sighed wistfully.
Tortoiseshell Diamondlkit spotted another family member. She rced towards the huge tan-and-black tom striding towards them and threw herself into a waiting forepaw. "Uncle Talonstripe!"

OOC: *offers many apology cookies for missing the kitting thread*
The silver-and-white tomkit had distanced himself from his family, off playing with a stray leaf he'd found poking up out of the snow. Mottledkit barely glanced up as his uncle approached, though he paused in his pouncing game.

((OOC| Is okay!))
Talonstripe's deep chuckle rumbled as he waved his paw over Diamondkit's head, letting her pounce at him. "Sunleaf." He called, in a low voice, nodding a greeting. Dimondkit growled and worried at his leg, then tugged impatiently on his fur. "Play!" She demanded, and Sunleaf smiled tiredly. "Diamondkit, ask nicely, please." She reprimanded.
Cloudypaw spotted Mottledkit had something and capered over to see. "What you got, brother?" He poked experimentally at his leaf.
