Description: Black smoke markings with a gray, almost silver, base and black tips give her pelt the illusion of light filtering through trees on a sunny day or even, as some elders commented, she looked like Silverpelt with the many stars that dappled the night sky. Her Green-Yellow eyes nearly appear like twin moons against her dark face. She is rather small and thin, easily mistaken for a older apprentice.
Personality: She has great patience, more often then not speaking in low, quiet tones, and yet… if the limit to that patience is breached she can be swift and fierce to show another the error of their ways. The she-cat is rather small for a Warrior and yet surprisingly strong, perhaps the great willpower she shows encourages more physical strength from the small body.
History: Dappledshade was the runt of a litter of three. She had a hard time keeping up with her larger and stronger siblings. Even as an apprentice she showed lack of enthusiasm for training. She spent most of her time with the Elders listening to their stories and playing with the young kits at the nursery.
Sunfeather, the current Head Medicine at the time, had been keeping an eye on her throughout the young Dappledshade’s apprenticeship. Upon Sunfeather’s request Dappleshade was taken under the Medicine cat’s wing as a new apprenticed medicine cat. Dappleshade showed more enthusiasm for her new tasks and began to show promise. Becoming a full-fledged medicine cat Dappleshade grew at ease with her place within the Clan.
